~Gia: I reached their live chat on my computer I waited just a few minutes and the rep who helped me seemed to know what he was doing. He got my phone to work again-Then about ** min later, when they were closed my phone stopped working and now I have to wait *-* days before I can contact anyone to have them resolve this issue again!!!
