GetHuman-138049: I've put in a order for a upgrade on March *, **** I have called them on March **, **** and was told that it was a warehouse problem and they was updating the computer and It was shipped out on March **, **** i I called again on April *, **** I spoke with the supervisor Mr Nelson Kergyz he told me they didn't have it in stock and I just had to wait I asked if I could get another model phone of equal value he told me they could not cancell my order and just wait until they got the phone in no time frame of when told me to call back in *-* days I called today (*-**-**) and was told it was mailed out on *-*-** and I had to wait **-** business days to receive the phone I asked them to track it and was told they didn't have a tracking number but they have my $** it been ** business days to date *-**-** I have been given the run around about this matter and I'm very upset about it and I've been patient could someone please help me I don't think this is fair The supervisor was unprofession
