~Summer: I AM WRITING AGAIN TO SHARE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH REMINGTON CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD TO FOLLOW UP SEVERAL TIMES ON MY CONCERN REGARDING AN ORDER THAT WE CANCELLED THROUGH PHONE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE NAMED GEORGE (ATLEAST THAT'S THE NAME HE GAVE US WHEN WE CALLED LAST DECEMBER ** BETWEEN **:** TO **AM, TWO DAYS AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED AND ORDER STATUS WAS STILL "PROCESSING."**HE ASSURED US THAT HE WILL ADVISE THE DEPARTMENT THAT THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND THAT THE MONEY WILL BE PLACED BACK ON MY ACCOUNT. SO I BOUGHT ANOTHER RAZOR AS A GIFT KNOWING THIS HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF, WHICH BY THE WAY IS SO MUCH NICER AND CHEAPER. HE ALSO SAID THAT I WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL AS A CONFIRMATION BUT INSTEAD I RECEIVED AN EMAIL COUPLE OF DAYS ADVISING US THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. I SENT AN EMAIL THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE ASAP BUT NOBODY RESPONDED. YES, AS OF THIS WRITING, I AM STILL WAITING IN VAIN.I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO CALL AGAIN TOMORROW, MAIL THEIR P.O. BOX ADDRESS, DO WHATEVER TO HAVE
