~LBrmn: Tried to exchange a coupon from Le Creperie in Hollywood FL, that went out of business to another restaurant, clicked the exchange button then clicked the restaurant I wanted, and couldn't redeem the new coupon. The restaurant that went out of business then disappeared from my unused restaurant coupons. Now I don't have the certif. * and I can't get the exchange coupon. Either make the exchange easier to use or hire more people to answer the darn phones. After ** min. I hung up
