~lab: After ** months of dealing with this horrific company I left Humana BECAUSE of this pharmacy. * weeks waiting on diabetes meds could have damaged my health. Now that I'm out they make it impossible to transfer RX's with fills left. *-*** months of hassle, today I hear that their pharmacy closed all weekend so you can get refills transferred to new pharmacy until Monday. When I called and waited on the phone just now for ** minutes, all of a sudden I got cut off. There is absolutely NOTHING GOOD about this company. Plus, last week I got a check REFUNDING $*** in overpayments. They demand payment and then later you find out that you overpaid. The amount charged to your Credit Card is usually greater than the cost of the meds. Why did this take * months to get to me?
