~Sam Vic: The manager of food and beverage was Lau, Olivier of the downtown Los Angeles Ritz Carlton is unprofessional and rude. The manager treated me like less than a person. This is to draw your attention towards the rudeness and irresponsible conduct of Mr. Lau who jumps to conclusions rather than please a customers request. I complained about my food and the manger rudely refused to service me. *This kind of comportment is not acceptable. I would hate to complained on the Ritz Carlton employees they simply refuse to serve you!!.****service
