GetHuman-230998: Sean Ext *** called me an idiot*liar because my package went to Death Valley and not the Grand Canyon. Stating I put the Death Valley address in although I have not lived their since last June. When I told him I had made purchases when I lived there previously and maybe the address popped up from there. He insisted I put an address in to a place I no longer live. To me this is very poor customer service and will make me think twice before using your company again. On a bright note when I called back and Josh answered he explained how it could have happened and went on to help me get my package delivered to where I live. If everyone in your call center is a manager and your customer service representive says they answer to no one, it's makes your business seem shady. Everyone works for someone, thus everyone answers to someone. I wonder if the Better Business Bureau is aware your call center's appauling service.

GetHuman-230998: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-230998: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Rockauto's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-230998: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Rockauto customers?
GetHuman-230998: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Rockauto to know who you are.
