~eric: lied to about part being their fault on * phone calls previously. finally had them show proof in their catalog. would not issue refund. rockauto has went down hill. after caught they issued refund.

~eric: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~eric: For that I would say five out of five.
