GetHuman-409521: my first experience with your corporation has been worse than terrible. i see your advertisement quite frequently so i decided to try to purchase some products from you. i wanted to buy a set of monroe shocks for my ford truck, but you were short one shock in inventory. but you had four gabriele shocks immediatly available so i decided to order all four gabriel shocks. since these were available my anticapated wait for delivery would only be a few days. i told your agent that my truck was ready to go with the exception of new shocks. and since there would be no delay on the gabriel shocks i beleived that to be true. he also told me that he would probably be able to get them out the next day and would send me emails accordingly with tracking numbers. after several days after recieving no tracking numbers so i called in. if you will take the time to read my notes on your system you will see that i had to call in several times looking for my shocks to arrive. the excuse i was told after w
