GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Rolex customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-reema_sh: Watch problem
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/04/17?
GetHuman-reema_sh: To whom this may concern,***My name is Reem Shamara and I am an old customer of yours. About ** years ago in Kuwait, I invested ca. **,***$ in my "Oyster Perpetual Pearlmaster ** (***** CL* )" and recently the spring bar pin slipped out of the lug hole. Therefore, during my visit last week to London, I went to the service center with the pin to repair my watch and I was shocked when the technician informed me that the two pins don't match (that makes one of them a fake pin). As a customer, I placed my trust in buying a luxurious and very expensive product from a well-known watchmaker like Rolex, I expect to receive the best quality as promised. We, the Shamaras , are frequent customers and annually invest in your watches and will not accept this kind of service. I write to you this email just to express my disappointment and discontent in Rolex.***Regards,**Reem Shamara
