~Barbara: The good...the called was answered right away to my surprise.*The bad....Spoke with an agent Regina. Seemed as if she was in bad mood at the beginning of the call. Was very defensive when I asked certain questions. The main problem was she did not listen to my questions, but had answers before I completed each question.* Not sure what happened to call but got a dial tone before completing the call. It could have been my cell phone. Overall, I still have questions . I will call back and this time affirming I will get a better agent.
