~forperks: Worst customer service ever! I called about * times and spoke with a different person every time. All had different information on their screens and weren't able to help me. I was double charged for a subscription. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager*supervisor who could help, but nobody would transfer me. I was often put on hold for such long periods of time that the call got disconnected. I was even given a number to call that turned out to be a bad number. My double charge still has not been resolved. I am typing this while "Sam" put me on hold to speak with VIP, and the line just went dead. Sacramento Bee is horrible with customer service!
