GetHuman-247142: *** mins i bought was taken and when i talked to the manager and told her(iris vaughn) she did not do a good job of helping me,unprofessional and untrained,if she wouldve followed up she wouldve saw that the mins were added to activate the upgrade phone and wouldve taken care of the problem instead of acting like she was the ceo telling me the buck stops with her,lol thankyou so much for the help that was given to me finally by phylon a very professional person that took the time to solve the problem ,ma'am my hats off to you,and safelink the tech support lady (iris vaughn) needs more training and people skills that she lacks,ty
