~WHAT THE WORLD : I HAD TO CALL * TIMES ON HOLD FOR ** MINUTES THE FIRST CALL BEFORE MAY HUNG UP ON ME, THE SECOND CALL WAS ** MINUTES IN WHICH PATRICIA WAS SOMEWHAT HELPFUL BUT COULD NOT PROVIDE THE INFORMATION THAT I NEEDED. NEVER THE LESS I AM WITHOUT A PHONE BECAUSE THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I ALREADY HAVE A PHONE WITH A DIFFERENT PROVIDER AND THAT IS NOT THE CASE AT ALL. IT IS A SHAME WHAT THESE PEOPLE PUT YOU THROUGH FOR A FREE PHONE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL DOES NOT SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH IT IS HARD TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING AND NOT SURE IF THEY UNDERSTAND WHAT IS BEING ASKED OF THEM. THE CHAT SERVICE IS THE PITS THEY DISCONNECT YOU BEFORE YOU GET A CHANCE TO ANSWER SAYING IF YOU DON'T RESPOND THEY WILL DISCONNECT AND THEY DO IT WHILE YOU ARE TYPING. THIS IS NOT WHAT I CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
