~LBEBEXJENL: I had never been through **** before but this company did put me through ****. First, whoever hire these customer service representative should be fired,the rep somehow always give me a hard time,every rep gives me different answer and are really rude like they don't care about their job. Second, I've always had to end up calling the supervisor to address my issued which any rep can do. One time I didn't get my minutes and it's been like close to * months that I have not receive any so I called the company same thing I had to speak to the supervisor cause most of the rep that works in this company don't know what they're talking about and don't know what they're doing. WARNING!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
