~Romelis Santana: I have been trying to call safelink since November *th **** and I can't get a human to help me I did not recieve my minutes this month and for the past * months I have to call customer service to get my minutes and it's very hard to get some one to talk to me right now my phone says on the screen SIM BLOCKED I am frustrated I have no phone for almost * month now please have someone help me please
