~megan89: My reason for contacting SafeLink customer support - I applied for a SafeLink phone about * months ago, yet still have not received it. When I checked the status it said it was shipped on August *st. The wait time wasn't very long at all, maybe *-* minutes at the most. The customer service representative I spoke with was obviously of Indian decent, but I did not have too much trouble understanding him. He seemed to clearly understand my issue, as he verified back to me the reason of my call. He asked my to verify my information and took said he took care of my problem, that I SHOULD receive my phone in **-** business days.

~megan89: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
