~anon: Horrible - almost no help. **" TV doesn't get a picture? Oh well, I'm so sorry. If you want to mail it back to us (use UPS packaging for $*** at your own cost) we can take a look - no guarantees. No, I have no idea of how long it will take or when you will ever get the TV back. (And this is when the TV is still under warranty!) Will not get another Samsung. My Sharp Aquus works so much better.
