~jon: I have had issues with a dishwasher and microwave. The "samsung" decal came off of the dishwasher * year into use. The protective peel coat on the microwave touch pad took a gouge out of the touchpad because it was stuck to it. Both times they said it was cosmetic damage and not covered under warranty. I argued and argued with them and they would do absolutely nothing. The peel coat from the factory the day of the installation and it's not covered under warranty. Yeah that's real good customer service! Not!

~jon: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jon: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jon: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Samsung customers?
~jon: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
