GetHuman-108714: I was hung up on because I asked to be placed on hold and when the women who answered the phone said that was not possiable because they were overwhelmed with calls and I responded with (calmly) probably because you sell a product that doesn'y work (kind of joking but really the issue) and she hung up on me and will no longer answer the phone. I am unable to get anyone to pick up the phone so I am being ignored and unabled to get anyone to help me. I never cursed or even raised my voice and tey refuse to pick up the phone.

GetHuman-108714: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-108714: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-108714: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-108714: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
