~Unhappy Buyer: BUYER BEWARE. Would never buy another Samsung product, they are not reliable or honest people to deal with. Had * damaged appliances delivered over a months time, was told they would give a credit if we didn't cancel the order, the forth one wasn't damaged so we accepted it. They were rude and inconsiderate to the inconvenience they caused us. We never got a credit.

~Unhappy Buyer: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Unhappy Buyer: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Unhappy Buyer: For that I would say one out of five.

~Unhappy Buyer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
