GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Samsung customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~GAMEZ GUY: *th call to ***-***-**** for help with Samsung Galaxy Model EK-GC*** with wifi. Unbelievable incompetenancy and confusion with simply transferring my request for tech service through every division other than the one i needed, and then after getting to a supervisor named Justin in the wrong "point & shoot" camera division to listen to me explain that my *th phone attempt to fix my camera was now * hour and * minutes old, and I was talking to him in the wrong division, he explained that the Galaxy Camera is such a small niche division that it's hard to reach them???? then instead of transferring me to the right division, JUSTIN DISCONNECTED ME. Noone called back. I had been forced to give each incorrect transfer person my phone number... they had it. NOONE CALLED BACK. Now, when i call my phone number triggers a prompt that explains they know I have a Samsung Galaxy Camera, "THERE IS NOONE HERE TO HELP YOU"

~GAMEZ GUY: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~GAMEZ GUY: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GAMEZ GUY: For that I would say five out of five.

~GAMEZ GUY: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
