~Samsung Buyers Beware!: I would strongly advise anyone against ever buying a Samsung product, and if you do, be sure to buy the retailer warranty so that you will not have to rely on Samsung for service. I purchased a Samsung dishwasher from a large retail chain that stopped working after only * months. After TWO extensive repairs, the unit still wouldn't run, the service company said it could not be repaired, but Samsung still refused to replace it, instead setting up service with another company only to cancel the service the day of with no call to us. This went on for over a month, until the retailer took pity on me and agreed to refund the unit for a different brand. According to service technicians and retailers I've spoken with, this is how Samsung handles issues of this nature - makes their customers miserable until the retailer cleans up their problems. Buyer beware!!
