~No more Samsung: sent my phone in for repair over * months ago after it burned up on the charger totally melting the phone and have never heard back! Cannot get to the right people,on hold for hour and then busy signal!WAS ALSO TOLD I was being transferred to a level * person ,all I ever got was a recording to leave a message,did that and * months later with many calls etc. have not heard back.This is beyond terrible service from a company as large as Samsung.Meanwhile I have had to buy a new phone to replace the Samsung that at thetime was only * months old.* WILL NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AGAIN!
