GetHuman-427189: I will never ever buy a Samsung product again my washer has been broke for * month ,I bought the extended warranty, BIG DEAL ,I'll never do that again either the repair men cant seem to find the issues with this piece of junk. And Samsung don't care either they do not stand by their products and I mean DO NOT .do yourself a favor never buy a Samsung washer or dryer for that matter either the dryer isn't a worth * cents .I might add my washer is not even * years old ,I am so so sorry I mad this purchase never ever again............
