GetHuman-259406: The first level of customer support is outsourced and the language barrier is difficult. To get a rep who understands you and vice-versa ask for "Advanced Support" when you get to the first level of support. The "Advanced Support" department is located in the USA and therefore, has no language barrier issues

GetHuman-259406: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
