GetHuman-369944: Used Samsung Chat to find out what to do with * year old refrigerator that suddenly stopped working completely. "Rose T" asked questions that I had spelled out in great detail in the first paragraph I sent. Had to wait * minutes for her to "check the information" then asked me to check the control panels for an error message even though I stated no lights were on at all. I did check one more time after she asked me to check it again and told her "All the lights on the panel are still out...it appears it is out comletely." She then asked A SECOND TIME "Is it not displaying any error code?"
