GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's San Antonio Express-News customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~mboose@neo.rr.com: I was trying to get access to an obituary from the ****s and didn't expect your staff to do it. The woman answering the phone said absolutely no clippings are kept for more than ** days and the newspaper has absolutely no system for keeping old issues for reference. That was obviously a lie since I have worked as a reporter for many years. It would be a little less obnoxious if she had said the public wasn't allowed to access old clippings, but she was rude and just hung up. It makes your paper look ridiculous for an employee to say you only keep issues and clippings for ** days and you have no way to see what was published a year ago.
