~Elbara: The back button on my Sansa Clip Zip MP* player stopped working about * months after the warranty expired. The rep, who was very hard to understand so I had to keep asking her to repeat, finally said it couldn't be fixed and I was out of luck because the warranty had expired. When I complained, she offered **% off a new one, probably be more than I can get elsewhere on the web. Unfortunately, not many other brands have the features I need. Not happy - but GetHuman worked fine.

~Elbara: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Elbara: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SanDisk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Elbara: For that I would say four out of five.
