~Ron Farrier : I tried the $* charge to look up my personal score, which I did and used it once. I started to get monthly bills for a product I,m not using. Oct. * I went on the website request a concellation which I got a email with a QR * stating Cancellation . Next month I recieved a statement again. I called Nov.* talked to an Allen and told him I wanted a cancellation and refund to resolve this matter. He gave me a sales pitch first and did try to solve my problem. He said he made the cancellation and turn in for a refund with a email to follow. I have not received an email making me believe it didn't happen again.

~Ron Farrier : I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ron Farrier : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ScoreSense's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ron Farrier : For that I would say five out of five.

~Ron Farrier : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for ScoreSense to know who you are.
