GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ScoreSense customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~lfowner49: Horrible!! I was told the only way I could get a refund was by being nice, that they don't help people that are upset about charges.*I asked for someone who could speak better english. I was told I need to travel more. Get out of the U.S.*I was told over and over that his English was fine and "can you hear what I'm saying now, don't you understand me now".*Very very rude. Says he's the one that can handle refunds but only to nice people!*I said "oh so refunds are given if someone's nice about being scammed! !*When I told him he was on speaker and my attorney was sitting right here with me he hung up.***********I will have my attorney investigate this company.*All foreigners working there that can't speak well.*I need my **.** that was was charged three times or I will show proof of the site I used and no info about charges.*I never even got a credit score.
