GetHuman-369811: I never got a person to talk to. But i have canceled my scorescene the same day i got my credit scores. The lady that i talk to say everything has been taken care of. Well i ended up with an overdraft because you all tool $**.** out of my acct & then i was charged $**.** for overdraft. I feel that scorescese is one of the worst ones to deal with. I have had to deal with them before & it took several times to get matter cleared up.I want to be reimbursed the $**.** & also feel that you should reimburse me for the overdraft of $ **.**. I want an email sent to me that this has been canceled & my money will be returned to my account The transaction date was ****. my email is *****@***.com
