~J. Smith: They told me that after * days after getting your'FREE'credit scores they automatically start charging you for their services. Apparently they have some microscopic writing on their website somewhere that this is what you are agreeing to when you sign up with them. Avoid them at all costs!!! One of the most underhanded - dishonest encounters I have ever had (at a credit reporting service company none-the-less). I will be sure to write a negative review regarding 'scoresense' on EVERY review site I can find on the web.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting ScoreSense. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a ScoreSense problem?
~J. Smith: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~J. Smith: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ScoreSense's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~J. Smith: For that I would say one out of five.

~J. Smith: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for ScoreSense to know who you are.
