~noone: I ordered a product and paid for overnight shipping because I was going on a trip the day after scheduled delivery.UPS was unable to complete delivery on time for use on my trip.**I called Scottevest, and they refused to mitigate the expensive overnight charges even though I was not going to have their product for use on my trip. They said it wasn't their fault, and then charged me $**.** to recall the shipment from UPS.**The "customer service" people I spoke with were absolutely rigid and abrupt.**I don't believe that Scottevest knows the meaning of preserving customer good will.I can't speak to the quality of their products, but expect that Scootevest won't cut you any slack if you have a problem.
