~mward7: I ordered a pair of shoes from ScruggsFarm.com and shipping time was good. The Timberland Pro Hiker shoe had a broken shoe lace hook upon receipt. I immediately contacted customer service via email. They stated they would send a return label in the mail. After *** emails (over a month) asking where the return shipping label was, I have received no further replies from the Administrator (customer service). I assume they are ignoring my emails and have no intention of returning the shoes. DO NOT PURCHASE SHOES FROM SCRUGGS FARM!!!!
