~Anonymous: After speaking to * obviously untrained representatives (one who disconnected my call, one who said he was transferring me to an account specialist but instead he put me back into the main menu and the other said my credit card account was cancelled), I finally spoke to Kendra who was able to handle my very simple request to accept a phone payment. Kendra was very cordial.
