GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears Delivery customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Kay: My new range was delivered just as arranged when I made the purchase. The plan was for the delivery people to pick up the old range to haul it away and to deliver the new one. The men who took the range out of the kitchen broke the edge of my new countertops. When they set the new range in place, they informed me that I had to get someone to finish the installation (I knew this from the start) because they had already done more than was required. One of them had hightailed it to the truck. The one talking said, "And your countertop is broken." He then hurried away without saying, Bye, Boo, Kiss my ********, and certainly he didn't say SORRY. I went to see the store manager who instructed his secretary to give me an *** * to call. My call to that number was answered by a person with a very heavy accent who took my basic info and said someone would call me so that I could file a claim within ** hours. I am at ** hours so far and no one has called. I am really upset with this.
