~TQUIN45: Laverne and JB both tried to help. There were * other women who did not try to help. Your(Sears) approach at calling the night before you are coming does not work well. Also, they had no capability to adjust the time since at the very end of the day we needed to be in Boston for a graduation. All we requested was moving the delivery to a time before *:** PM not *:** to *:** PM. In the future I will try to buy else where.

~TQUIN45: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~TQUIN45: For that I would say four out of five.
