~Anonymous: We bought a refrigerator, DW, microwave and ovenrange six weeks ago with a delivery date that we wanted to move up two weeks. *) The store we purchased the items from was closed on us without letting us know. *) The one we had to go to, informed us we could not change the date and to add to that the MW couldn't be delivered for another month after the original date. All of this was not acceptable since we had the contractor scheduled for a specific date. Then the new saleperson (who was very helpful) said the only thing he could do was cancel the items and re-order - at the now new higher price and then we could get the items delivered on the delivery date that we chose. We had no choice but accept his offer. We did however stay with the original delivery date for the refrigerator or we would have had to pay an additional $***. I'm so frustrated about this whole situation and I wish I could've been able to apeak to a supervisor about this. All I got from the customer service pers
