~anoyymous: This is the worst service ever. I had a dented oven delivered on ***.Delivery men said it was the second damaged one delivered of the day. Delivery guys said a new one would be ordered. Never was. I had to call and reorder. Second one was delivered on **** with dents on the oven as well.Third one delivered on **** and the delivery men didn't want to install because the inside was damaged. Never any supervisors to speak with when calling. promises of supervisors to call back. No one ever does. They will not credit me back anything. Went to Sears store today and the manager of store tried getting ahold of someone and he was unable to get ahold of anyone. Sears says they are seperate and cannot compensate for me. This has been very time consuming and I will never order another appliance again because of this ridiculous delivery company.
