~X Customer of Sears: When I ordered my appliances, they offered my a Sears card, to get a discount. They denied me a credit card at the counter - I have perfect credit -(***) no discount for me on my appliances. Three days later I got a credit card $*,***.** limit. So why was I not given the discount??? The day before my appliances were to be delivered I called *x's to ensure that everything was all set. I was told YES - All * appliances would be there between *:** and **:** - at *:** AM - I only received * the *rd one will be coming later. I was never told this and they said it was because It was an installation - that is the first I heard of this. The Customer Service Skills at Sears are horrible to say the least. Now I have to wait from *pm to *pm for my dish washer. I will be filing notification to the BBB. If there is a Mr. Sears - you should be ashamed of the way you do business. Sincerely J Ouellette
