~cayan: called three times each time asked to for supervisor , had to tell each person bout the reason , before being transferred to another that needed more info to no use , was suppose to have local HackensackNJ store manager call , but more than five email an * call to no avail , Sears seems not to care about their customers , why do think they are in such bad financial situation Cay
