GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Arash Keyvani : *) Sears consistently over books appointments, knowing they do not have the staff to honor all of them. This is not an over site, it is a standard practice. Once they have your money they no longer care how the customer is treated. **) Sears Complaint Line has no control over any department in their company. The do not provide any help. They are just there to take down your information.**) Each time you are bumped to the bottom of the list you are starting all over. There is no consideration for previously failing to deliver to you, on your *st or *nd scheduled day & time. They do not see a problem wasting your time & money.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sears. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sears problem?
~Arash Keyvani : I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Arash Keyvani : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Arash Keyvani : For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~Arash Keyvani : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
