GetHuman-49885: BOUGHT CRAFTSMAN POWER WASHER,USED IT ONE TIME FOR * HOURS,IT STOPPED AND WOULD NEVER START AGAIN,TOOK IT TO SEARS THEY SENT IT OFF AND SAID THE MOTOR BLEW UP,SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT FOR $***.** I payed $***.** for it, tried to call and talk to someone about it,they put me off,tried calling again the same thing,my wife and I have been shopping with sears for ** years,we just spent $*,***.oo on new appliances and have bought lawn mowers from them,the first time something goes wrong they drop you like a hot potato,it is hard to believe that sears has treated us so bad,,,,,,,,,if they do not fix this washer or replace it we will never do business with them again
