~RIninja: Finally! Some help! I got * cases managers through the website when having difficulty ordering an item that turned out to be out of stock so I wanted to get it when it came back in stock at the same price. The first woman said she could help and promised to email me a rain check. She gave me a number to call if I didn't get the email, but no email came and the number was INACTIVE. The next guy I called * days later claimed that I wouldn't be able to get that, then said I would need to wait ** hours before I got an email answer as to whether they would be able to help. I asked if there was someone higher up to give me an answer now as it was almost Christmas and I had already wasted * days. After saying no several times, he finally said he would transfer me and hung up on me instead. I came to this site and tried this number and finally got a pleasant woman who could actually help me.
