GetHuman-403846: Had a new refrigerator delivered and the inside freezer drawer was cracked from factory. Never received a new drawer as promised. Called this number spoke with the rep and in a matter of a couple minutes I had the drawer ordered with free next day delivery. Couldn't be any happier with my experience.
