GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~shame on you Sears: Have had to call numerous times for service on an elliptical that has NEVER worked. Service tech's are unskilled! They have been out twice and have never fixed problem. Customer service is hard to understand and could not provide an answer as to why my most recent service call was cancelled. Also too busy trying to cross sell "free home consultations" (on new siding, remodel on kitchen, etc!) Shame on you Sears! Poor service all around! Will never do business with you again - that is certain! I will let everyone I know what terrible customer service we have received. Why will you not let us return our defective exercise machine?!?! SO FRUSTRATING!!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sears. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sears problem?
~shame on you Sears: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~shame on you Sears: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~shame on you Sears: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~shame on you Sears: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
