GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~raggmopp: I could hear and understand clearly, but she transferred me to another dept, that person disconnected before we could even talk, first person came back and asked me to hold while she connected me to escalation dept again, that person put me on hold and call was disconnected. I'm going to write a letter now instead. This was the furthest I got today, so thx for that, but I have spoken to * or * people today and have accomplished nothing.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sears. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sears problem?
~raggmopp: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~raggmopp: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~raggmopp: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~raggmopp: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~raggmopp taken from his Sears customer service problem that occurred on November 10th, 2017.
