GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~sTress: I repeated myself several times. Gave them all information about me, my phone, email, address, etc.. Model Number, Kenmore Elite, side by side doors, freezer on bottom, I told them that my refrigerator just went OFF, digital buttons have word OFF. Kept asking me if the Off*On Switch was broken. No switch. Its digital. The lights work in side refrig. Customer service "Chat" person just repeated what I said. Tried to tell me how to check my refrigerator. If Sears is trying to save money and hire people that is difficult to understand, It becomes stressful. Sears you have lost one more customer.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sears. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sears problem?
~sTress: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sTress: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sTress: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~sTress: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~sTress taken from his Sears customer service problem that occurred on November 19th, 2017.
