~Audrey: Lubbock store has got to rank last in customer service. I used to be a good customer and then I quit using them completely due to poor service. Had to order a part and I go to check my order the website just tells me they are down and hope to get problem fixed. I call the local store and have been put on hold * times for at least ** minutes each time with no person answering the phone. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen!

~Audrey: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Audrey: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Audrey: For that I would say one out of five.

~Audrey: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
